Our tile roof flashing has been designed specifically for residential use and meets virtually all roofing needs. With a built-in 20° pitch it is adaptable to almost any roof pitch (including 45°). The flashing also has a flexible sleeve to can accommodate vibration and pipe movement caused by expansion/contraction. The base is constructed from a flexible aluminium (500 x 600mm) that easily conforms to roof tile profiles.
