The automatic freight calculations in our shopping cart are based on road freight delivery to an Australian road side delivery addresses in Capital cities.

Small consignments may be delivered by Australia Post, However, for larger consignments our road shipping contractors cannot ship to Post Office Boxes, or Parcel Lockers, please only nominate a street delivery address.

Although we can ship to virtually any address in Australia, there are instances when the freight quoted is inaccurate.
After you complete the order and make the payment requested, we may contact you if the freight component is a lot more than quoted.
You will be given the option to accept the higher price, or cancel the order for a full and immediate refund.

We do not ship outside of Australia.

Please note that as some of our products are light-weight but reasonably large, the shipping rates are calculated by either dead weight or cubic size.

The freight is calculated with one 'consignment fee' plus the kg of the total order. Therefore one order with several items will be at a lower freight cost per item than several orders of one item.

To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next kilogram or kilogram band.

Please nominate a shipping address that is attended in normal office hours.

Our Carriers will leave your item at the delivery address if no one is home.



Returns Policy

If you have received a defective or incorrectly supplied item, you may return it within 7 days of delivery and we will replace it without further charge to you. We will also pay the return shipping costs.

If the return is a result of your ordering error and we are notified within 7 days of delivery, we may accept the return as long as it is in it’s original packaging and is in a ready for resale condition.

You will have to pay the return shipping costs and incur a 15% re-stocking and inspection fee. This fee may be waived if you re-order the correct item.

You should expect to receive your refund within 3 - 5 working days from the time we receive the goods back in our warehouse.

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
