Did the job brilliantly, but...
... the website description of the item needs more detailed measurements i.e. - the diameter of the inlet/outlet holes - distance from the centre to edge of duct opening or - distance centre to centre of assembled unit. Bought an extension piece I didn't need as I couldn't be sure If I was going to be short or not.

works as described and had all the required 'extras' to make fitting easy. only minor gripe is it would be better if the fitting was length adjustable.
