The Deflecto Weatherproof Black Louvre Vent (100mm) is constructed from durable Aluminium and is an ideal alternative to polypropylene outlet vents. The AAV range allows airflow in both directions while it’s unique design helps prevent rain from entering the system. The Louvre Vent is recommended for Rangehood, Dryer and General Ventilation applications and comes with a protective stainless steel wire mesh. The Louvre Vent complies with Australian Standards Fire Rating Requirements AS3959-2009 up to BAL40 (Bushfire Attack Level), as the vent is supplied with a stainless steel wire mesh insert. The Deflecto Weatherproof Black Louvre Vent (100mm) fulfills all Condensation Management requirements under the Australian National Construction Codes (NCC) 3.8.7.3 and 3.8.7.4. |
